David practices primarily in the area of family law, including family law mediations and collaborative family law.
In his practice, David regularly advises clients on separation, divorce, custody, child and spousal support, and parenting. He has argued cases before all levels of court in Saskatchewan. He is also trained as a mediator and can be retained jointly by separating parties in that capacity. He also has particular experience in preparing applications pertaining to adoptions, relocations with children, and support involving farm income.
He was the Chair of the Canadian Bar Association Family Law South Saskatchewan section from 2016 – 2020.
