PROFILEPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Diana has practiced in litigation for 39 years. She has extensive experience in long term, detail driven and complex litigation. Cataloguing and assimilating a warehouse of documents and information to build the best attack or defence is a forte. Putting things in context to find the most effective and efficient route to the end is her goal.
Diana practices primarily in the areas of Aboriginal law, banking, bankruptcy and insolvency disputes, shareholder oppression, contract disputes, professional negligence claims, tort claims, wrongful dismissal and employment disputes and insolvency. She has appeared before all levels of court in Saskatchewan as well as before various administrative tribunals and regulatory bodies. She has particular experience in the area of human rights, and has both appeared before Saskatchewan Human Rights tribunals as well as serving as a tribunal member. She is a trained mediator and has conducted numerous mediations.

Representative Work
- Diana worked for over a decade on the collapse of a financial institution and the fall out litigation, including the pursuit of professionals who were negligent.
- She has worked for minority shareholders who have been pushed out of the corporation or been taken advantage of by the majority.
- She is currently working in Aboriginal law, necessitating the study of treaties, history and decades of documentary evidence.
