Jason M. Clayards


Jason’s practice is focused on litigation and dispute resolution. He regularly provides advice and representation in relation to construction disputes and builders’ liens. His areas of practice include constitutional, administrative and indigenous law. Jason has advised and represented clients respecting restrictive covenants in the employment law context and frequently practices in the area of insurance litigation.

Jason appears regularly before the Court of Queen’s Bench for Saskatchewan and the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal. He has appeared before various statutory tribunals, the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan, the Federal Court of Canada and the Tax Court of Canada. He has also represented clients on leave applications before the Supreme Court of Canada.

In 2019, Jason was recognized as a lawyer to watch in the area of Litigation-Corporate Commercial by Canadian Legal Expert Directory.
