Jessica E. Nixon

Jessica practices primarily in the areas of estate planning and estate administration, civil litigation, and family law.
Jessica’s estate planning practice involves preparing Wills, Power of Attorneys, Health Care Directives and family trusts. She has experience completing Letters Probate, Letters of Administration, Guardianship applications, and Dependants’ Relief applications for clients. She also has experience in estate litigation matters, including issues relating to capacity and undue influence. Jessica has also represented beneficiaries in Will challenges.
Jessica maintains a general civil ligation practice. Jessica has experience drafting pleadings for all levels of the court in Saskatchewan.
In Jessica’s family law practice she has assisted clients in preparing interspousal and cohabitation agreements, separation agreements, petitions for divorce and custody of children.
Jessica was admitted to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2018.
