Allison practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency.
Allison has represented individuals, corporations, and First Nations in a variety of civil matters, with a particular focus on business disputes and Indigenous issues. She has spent significant time working on complex litigation, including large-scale class actions and several landmark Indigenous rights and title cases. She has experience representing clients in arbitrations, before administrative tribunals, in the British Columbia Supreme Court and in the Federal Court.
Though born and raised in Regina, Allison previously practiced law in British Columbia and clerked for the British Columbia Supreme Court. She has prior professional experience in the financial industry.
