PROFILEPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Kirk practices primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial, gaming, intellectual property, banking and commercial finance and privacy law. He has experience representing borrowers, lending institutions, equity investors and other creditors in large and small commercial financing arrangements. He also has experience in a variety of acquisition and merger, commercial real estate and leasing matters.

As part of his intellectual property practice, Kirk has been involved with numerous hardware purchase and maintenance agreements, software acquisition, development, maintenance and support contracts and various licensing arrangements.

Kirk is also extensively involved with advising lottery and gaming operators in connection with all aspects of their business operations including game conditions, prize payments, general business operational matters and various IT and other projects and procurements.
