Marc practices in the areas of residential real estate, with a focus on residential purchases and sales. He works with buyers and sellers from the creation of the offer to the closing on possession date, depending on their specific needs and wants. He also works with developers and builders in support of their residential real estate projects.

Marc is especially active in the area of condominiums. He assists on the purchase side of the transaction by reviewing all relevant disclosure to assist in their buying decision. He will also work with developers to create the necessary disclosure packages and governance documents necessary for a new condominium development. He is active in advising board of directors of condominium corporations about updates to legislation, condominium fee collection, bylaw enforcement, and any other condominium related matter.
